A minimalist strength and conditioning program for the combat athlete or anyone else who needs to be ready to perform. This is a six-week protocol employs Turkish Get-ups (with a kettlebell or dumbbell) weighted (or bodyweight) pull-ups, and sprints. It can be run 4-5 days per week, and each session should take no more than thirty minutes. The trainee will find that these sessions deliver a great "bang for the buck" in developing strength and conditioning, while leaving plenty of time and energy for other pursuits.
